Arcam DiVA | T61 | FM/AM tuner

Tuner design is a long established tradition at Arcam. The second product we ever made was an FM tuner and we have since produced a long line of tuner designs, including the world’s first DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) tuner for home use.

Radio is a great source of information and entertainment and in these days of subscription channels and pay per view, it is pleasing to know that some of the best things in life are still free. It’s a pity that many people choose to access this exciting world through a $2 transistor radio speaker, putting up with mediocre results during the many hours they spend listening to the radio. You will be amazed by how much more enjoyment you will have if you connect an Arcam tuner to your home hi-fi system. The arrival of Digital Radio (DAB) offers the listener interference free reception with an utterly silent background, an end to confusing frequencies and an ever growing choice of new, digital only stations.

The DT81 receives DAB (Digital Audio Broadcast) programmes on both Band 3 and L-Band and sets new standards in both sound quality and ease of use. It has 16 presets for storing favourite stations, in addition to viewing all available stations alphabetically. An FM tuner bypass function is included.

The T61 is a high performance FM/AM tuner and includes RDS. It can store 30 favourite stations on FM and 16 on AM. It features two sets of audio outputs which makes it ideal for use in multi-room systems. It also has rear panel inputs for remote switching through a 12-volt trigger jack.

Both models are supplied with the elegant DiVA remote handset as standard.
