The front panel is a precision machined aluminium extrusion which is connected to a laminated chassis incorporating a large Acousteel plate consisting of two layers of steel of different thickness with an elastic damping layer in between. This quality of construction ensures low levels of microphony that can mask important musical detail. The volume control is machined from solid metal and is carefully contoured to aid grip and control and is a key part to the sophisticated user interface.

The software control allows the user to alter the input trims so that you can switch inputs without a change in volume levels caused by different source output levels. You can apply the electronic tone controls on an input by input basis and you can set the amplifier display to read differently.

All amplifier facilities are fully remote-controlled by the sleekly styled system remote. The amplifier comes with a high quality phono stage fitted as standard and it also has an expansion slot in the rear for multi-channel upgrade for use in multichannel systems.
