- Call the dealer you purchased the goods from and explain your problem. We have found our dealers are able to solve many issues over the phone. If the issue is still not resolved;
- Bring the goods concerned into your dealer, with the original packaging and receipt if possible. Your dealer will send the goods through to our specialist service centre for repair or replacement depending upon the terms of your warranty.
